What is a Belief Buddy?
This is a creative, thought-provoking practice moving the client consciously towards achieving their desired future. The client nominates the focus, the Belief Buddy creates the motivation for successful action.

Not sure what your goals or directions are? A Belief Buddy enriches the clients self awareness to gain clarity into their personal values and beliefs to ensure the client’s future direction is authentic and meaningful.

These sessions utilize meditation, mindfulness, visualization and NLP strategies to help frame the clients subconscious, perspective and self-talk into greater awareness and overcome any personal limitations or blockages.

This is not therapy. It is life design.

During the sessions clients need to be actively engaged and prepared to undertake the agreed action tasks.

When to use a Belief Buddy;

  • To reach personal, athletic or professional goals
  • At times of change or transition
  • Need accountability or new options
  • Explore opportunities or assess risk

A Wellness Advisor will optimise your health and lifestyle, addressing any illness or disease and then nourishing your body and mind to improve immunity, resilience and increase vitality. It is a therapeutic approach to health, utilising traditional therapies and evidence-based practice. It includes;

  • Nutrition and dietary strategies
  • Herbal medicine
  • Lifestyle and environmental guidelines

There are also diagnostic tools and other treatment strategies available which enhance and complement the above modalities. Good quality health care will positively impact on the clients physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing.

When to use a Wellness Advisor;

  • For life stage transitions, e.g. adolescence, pregnancy, menopause
  • Overcome or manage an allergy or intolerance
  • Overcome or manage an illness or disease
  • Improve daily diet and lifestyle patterns
  • Manage stressful circumstances
  • Adapt through seasonal shifts or travel.
